Kyle DeRoche is an amazing instructor, he has bent over backwards to accommodate my personal scheduling needs and is always ready to deep dive into areas that I’m struggling in. He’s not another instructor looking to build time ,this guy is building aviators. You won’t just be another student training with Sparrowhawk, you’ll be an integral part of the team. Kyle is super knowledgeable in all things aviation and has helped me to new levels of my aviation journey that seemed impossible in other classrooms. Again, you will not be just another student in the cockpit or classroom because of these one on one interactions. If you mess up on a maneuver, he’ll explain what went wrong, why it went wrong, how WE will fix it and have another go at it until we are confident that we got it down. I personally am planning on finishing all of my training here at sparrowhawk and you should too!

Kyle is my current instructor for my private and he has done an amazing job instructing me so far. He explains things in a very calm and easy to understand way which makes it very nice when learning a new skill. He does a great job at telling me what I did wrong, how I can fix it, and why I need to fix it. This makes it very easy to remember.
